Recent work

Starbucks Verismo in-store demonstration program to support product launch

Recruited, hired, and managed a field of 16 regional managers to oversee in-store demonstrations for the launch of the Starbucks Verismo coffee/espresso brewing system.  During a 13 week period, nearly 10,000 product demonstrations took place in over 800 specialty retail stores.

JD Edwards - chart of accounts redesign and reorganization

Shopping mall developer, General Growth Properties, underwent a redesign of its chart of accounts housed in JD Edwards.  Delivered process and design analysis for implementation of the new structure, which affected the entire organization, on a project budget of $9,500,000.

The Club

Developed project requirements and usability guidelines for redesign of the mobile application, The Club - General Growth Properties' database that gives shoppers exclusive access to promotions, discounts, and mall event announcements from their favorite mall.
